Cancellation Policy
🕰️48 Hour Cancellation Window
Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance.
💳 Card on File Required
A valid card is required to book any appointment.
❌ Late Cancellations
Cancellations made within the 48 hour window will be charged 30% of the service total.
🚫 No‑Shows
No‑shows are charged 100% of the service total as it is industry standard.
⏳ Late Arrivals
Arrivals more than 10–15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and will be charged as a late cancellation.
📵 Sick Policy
If a client is sick, they must reschedule — as I offer a one‑time courtesy before the cancellation fee applies.
💼 Packages & Specials
Package sessions or limited‑time promotions follow the same cancellation rules. Missed or late‑cancelled sessions are forfeited.
